We have arrived! Last night we drove in after a full day of flying/driving and successfully made it through the “border crossing” – created to mimic a legitimate cross cultural border crossing complete with a car search, complicated paperwork, foreign languages and a beggar rifling through our belongs in the midst of it all. Today we will get a tour of the campus and unpack our trailer to begin the settling process.

Thank you for your prayers and support through all our travels. It sure has been an adventure. Jacklyn has been under the weather quite a bit the last couple weeks so please pray for a little extra strength and endurance through this next settling phase.

Orientation classes will begin on Monday. Please pray for us as we transition back into the mentality of “students”. Pray that we will invest well into our classes and balance our priorities well. This is an exciting season as we will be able to glean many precious gems that will serve us well for many years to come.

Thank you again for your prayers and support!  We feel truly blessed by YOU!

Our new verse is Colossians 1:9-12:

And so, from the day we heard, we have not ceased to pray for you, asking that you may be filled with the knowledge of his will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding, so as to walk in a manner worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing to him, bearing fruit in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God. May you be strengthened with all power, according to his glorious might, for all endurance and patience with joy, giving thanks to the Father, who has qualified you to share in the inheritance of the saints in light.

We have been asking our prayer warriors to pray through some of Paul's prayers for our family this summer. If you would like to read the original post you can jump back to July 1st.
